The White Plains Puerto Rican Cultural Committee will present our annual White Plains Puerto Rican Flag Raising Event and Street Fair and we couldn't be more excited! This event is co-sponsored by the City of White Plains, The White Plains Recreation and Parks Department, and ArtsWestchester.
The Fourth Annual White Plains Puerto Rican Flag Raising Event will take place at 1-2 PM followed by the First Annual White Plains Puerto Rican Street Festival from 2 PM - 7 PM.
